Return & Refund Policy

At Vedirya, we stand by the quality of our Ayurvedic products. If you’re not satisfied, here’s how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds:



1. Return Eligibility

  • Submit a return request within 7 calendar days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, with all seals intact.
  • For hygiene-sensitive items (oils, creams, derma rollers, applicator brushes, combs), we accept returns only if unopened.
  • Subscription orders may not be returned once the billing cycle has renewed.


2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at care@vedirya.in with:
    • Your Order ID
    • Product name and quantity
    • Brief reason for return
    • Clear photographs of the sealed package
  2. We’ll review and send you a Return Authorization within 24-48 hours.
  3. Pack the product securely, attach the authorization slip, and ship it back to our address:

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer-initiated returns: Return shipping at customer’s expense.
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: Vedirya will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse your shipping cost upon request.


4. Inspection & Approval

  • Once we receive your return, our Quality Team will inspect the item(s).
  • Approval timeframe: up to 5 business days from receipt.
  • If products fail inspection (opened, used, damaged), we reserve the right to decline your return.


5. Refund Options & Timeline

  • Refund method: Your original payment method (wallet, credit/debit card, net banking, or UPI).
  • Wallet refunds: Credited instantly to your Vedirya Wallet balance.
  • Processing time: Refunds issued within 7 business days after approval.
  • You will receive an email confirmation with the refund details.


6. Non-Refundable Items

  • Products that have been opened or used.
  • Sale or clearance items marked “Final Sale.”
  • Any item without a valid Return Authorization.


7. Exchange Policy

  • We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
  • Place a new order for the desired product and request a refund on the original item.


8. Damaged or Defective Products

  • Report defects within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Email photos of the damaged goods to care@vedirya.in.
  • We will arrange a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.


9. Cancellations

  • You may cancel standard product orders before they are dispatched.
  • Subscription plan cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the next renewal date.
  • Cancellations after dispatch will follow the standard return process.
