This document is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and is published in accordance with Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011. It governs your use of [https://vedirya.in](https://vedirya.in) (“Platform”), owned and operated by **Vedirya**, a registered Gruh Udyog based in Gujarat, India.
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, and any other policies referenced herein.
1. Eligibility
– You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform independently.
– Users under 18 may use the Platform only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
2. Nature of Business
Vedirya is a homegrown Ayurvedic brand offering natural wellness and personal care products, including:
– Ayurvedic Anti Hairfall Oil, Hair Growth Oil, Beard Growth Oil
– Pain Relief Malish Oil
– Multani Mitti, Rose Water
– Derma Roller, Multani Mitti Applicator Brush
– Wooden Neem Comb
– Ayurvedic Kits and Subscription Plans
3. User Account & Responsibilities
– You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
– You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
– You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
4. Wallet Usage
– The Vedirya Wallet allows users to:
– Store cashback or promotional credits
– Transfer wallet balance to other registered Vedirya users via their registered email ID
– Use wallet balance as a payment method during checkout
– Wallet balances are non-transferable to bank accounts and non-refundable unless required by law.
– Vedirya is not responsible for incorrect transfers initiated by the user.
– Wallet usage is subject to verification and fraud monitoring.
5. Subscriptions & Kits
– Subscription plans are available for select products and renew automatically unless canceled.
– Ayurvedic kits are curated bundles and may include limited-time offers or exclusive items.
– Subscription cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.
6. Affiliate Program
– Registered users may participate in our affiliate program and earn commissions on successful referrals.
– Commission is calculated as a percentage of the order value (excluding taxes and shipping).
– **Commission payouts are initiated only after:**
– The referred order is successfully delivered, and
– The 7-day return/refund window has passed
– This typically results in a **15-day holding period** from the order date
– Commissions are paid directly to the affiliate’s registered bank account once the payout threshold is met.
– Any misuse, self-referrals, or fraudulent activity will result in disqualification from the program and forfeiture of earnings.
7. Coupons & Offers
– Coupon codes are subject to expiration, usage limits, and product/category restrictions.
– Offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
– Vedirya reserves the right to modify or revoke any offer at its discretion.
8. Product Use Disclaimer
– All products are for external use only unless otherwise specified.
– Results may vary based on individual skin/hair type and usage.
– Perform a patch test before full application. Vedirya is not liable for allergic reactions or misuse.
9. Intellectual Property
– All content on the Platform—including product images, packaging, text, and graphics—is the intellectual property of Vedirya.
– You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without written consent.
10. Pricing & Payments
– Prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
– We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue products without notice.
– Payments are processed securely via third-party gateways. We do not store payment details.
11. Shipping & Delivery
– Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
– Delivery timelines vary by location and courier availability.
– Tracking details are provided upon dispatch.
12. Returns & Refunds

13. Third-Party Links
– The Platform may contain links to third-party websites for your convenience.
– We are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices.
14. Limitation of Liability
– Vedirya is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Platform or products.
– We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation of the Platform.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vedirya, its founders, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:
– Your use of the Platform or products
– Your violation of these Terms
– Your infringement of any third-party rights
16. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any delay or failure in performance due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or internet outages.
17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
– These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
– All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Vadodara, Gujarat.
